A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your moving date. The amount will be applied toward your total moving charges.
All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified. Pricing is based on the information provided by the customer at the time of booking.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and bank transfers.

If you need to cancel your move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move.
You may reschedule your move without penalty with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule moves due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will reschedule at the earliest possible time or provide a full refund.
All moves include basic liability coverage at $0.60 per pound per article. This is the default coverage unless additional insurance is purchased.
Customers may purchase additional insurance for full value protection. The cost is based on the declared value of the shipment.
